Juan P. Dominguez — Founder & Principal Consultant
Juan P. Dominguez brings over 20 years of experience as a Farm Labor Contractor, specializing in the administrative and compliance aspects of the agricultural industry. His expertise spans employee onboarding, Cal/OSHA safety training, recordkeeping, payroll processing, and tax preparation. Juan is dedicated to empowering Farm Labor Contractors and small business owners by guiding them through California’s complex labor laws, licensing processes, and regulatory requirements.
As founder and principal consultant of Dominguez Consulting Services LLC, Juan supports agricultural employers, FLCs, construction companies, and small businesses across California with compliance, HR, payroll, and safety needs. He holds a PTIN, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is an IVES Certified Trainer for Forklift and Front Loader operations. Juan also holds CNSO certification and is a CPR/First Aid Certified Instructor.
